Staff training on Creative Dance for persons with Dementia, conducted by Dr. Heather Hill with staff from the Alzheimer’s Disease Association 2019

The CCD coordinated and managed a year long staff training programme for staff from ADA centres at Tampines, Toa Payoh and Bendemeer. The training consisted of 3 phases of about 3-4 weeks per phase, where Dr. Hill conducted on-site demonstrations and training for the staff. A total of 11 staff completed the training and are able to conduct their own creative dance sessions for their clients. [...]

Dances from the Moon

Under NAC’s Arts Community Tours, ARTS FISSION staged DANCES FROM THE MOON for the neighborhood gathering during the Mid-Autumn Festival with dances inspired by Chinese folk legend Chang Er.
