Felicia Low
Director

Felicia graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2015 with a PhD in Cultural Studies in Asia, thanks to the Lee Kong Chien Scholarship. A graduate of Goldsmith’s College (London) she has been a practicing visual artist since 2000. Her projects have mostly been site-specific and over recent years, have come to be community-specific as she works collaboratively with different sectors of society. Felicia was the Head of Department for Aesthetics at NorthLight School between 2006-2008, where she worked with independent artists and teachers to kickstart a character- development aesthetics programme of drama, dance, music and art. She was the recipient of the Outstanding Youth In Education Award 2005 and was selected for the President’s Young Talent Show 2009 organized by the Singapore Art Museum. Felicia is also an associate lecturer with the Singapore University of Social Sciences (BA Art Education and Psychology/Arts Management) and teaches IB Anthropology at The School Of The Arts, Singapore.

Wong Yock Leng
Director

Wong Yock Leng graduated in 1993 from the NUS Arts and Social Sciences with a double major in social work and political science. She has been involved in human rights work and social work since. Some of her areas of work include projects with migrant workers, sex workers and most recently, older persons with dementia. Yock Leng is now a full time senior social worker with the Tsao Foundation.
